2. Scope

These terms govern every sale concluded through this store. Placing an order means you accept them in full. We may amend them at any time; the version applicable to your order is the one online when the order is placed.

3. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and are not contractual: colour rendering may vary with your screen, and fit varies with body type and size.

Our compression garments shape and support the body while worn. They do not cause weight loss and produce no lasting change to your body. Any statement to the contrary does not come from us.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax, excluding delivery. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed when you order.

5. Order

The sale is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, a manifest pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, by the methods shown at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on physical delivery of the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. The detailed procedure is set out in our Refund policy. We also grant a commercial 90-day fit guarantee, which is additional to and does not limit this right.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Under the legal guarantee of conformity you have two years from delivery to act, you may choose between repair and replacement, and you are exempt from proving the lack of conformity for twenty-four months following delivery. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not liable for indirect loss, nor for misuse of the product. Our garments are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice; if you have a health condition affecting your back, chest or circulation, consult a healthcare professional before wearing compression clothing.

11. Personal data

Data collected is necessary to process your order and is handled as described in our Privacy policy. You may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to Contact.healthfad@ik.me.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including texts, photographs, videos and the brand itself, is protected. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may contact us first at Contact.healthfad@ik.me. If no agreement is reached, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME AND ADDRESS]. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
