HEALTH FAD is built for men who want a flatter, more streamlined torso under their clothes, a better-held upper body through the day, and more confidence in how they look. It stays invisible under a shirt or a suit, and doubles as a training top. It runs from S to 5XL.

A seamless technical knit with 20% elastane, built with graduated compression zones across the abdomen, chest and flanks. The fabric holds those areas firmly and evenly, so your torso reads flatter and your upper body sits more upright while you wear it. It is a shaping garment, not a medical device: the effect is immediate and lasts as long as you keep it on.

Immediately, and only while you are wearing it. The slimming effect is visual and comes from the compression itself, so you see it the moment you put it on and under a shirt. No waiting period, and no fat-loss claim: HEALTH FAD changes how you look, not your body composition.

Start from your weight (S: 50-70 kg, M: 70-90 kg, L: 90-110 kg, XL: 110-130 kg, 2XL: 130-150 kg, 3XL: 150-170 kg, 4XL: 170-190 kg, 5XL: 190-210 kg), then adjust for your height. Over 1.85 m, take one size up so the hem stays tucked in. Under 1.70 m and in the lower half of your weight range, take one size down for a firmer hold. Between two sizes, take the larger one.

Not a problem at all. Simply contact us at Contact.healthfad@ik.me and our team will arrange a free exchange or a full refund, within 90 days. We send you a prepaid label and returns are handled by our team in France.
Where does my order ship from, and how long does it take?
Where does my order ship from, and how long does it take?
HEALTH FAD is a French company registered in Paris, but our garments are stocked and dispatched from partner warehouses outside the European Union, in Asia. Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 7 to 14 business days in Europe (7 to 15 in the US and Canada, 10 to 20 elsewhere). For EU deliveries, all duties and import taxes are already covered: the checkout price is the final price. Returns are still handled in France.
