As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

No tracking email? Check your spam folder, or write to us at Contact.healthfad@ik.me with your order number — we'll resend the link right away.

Why tracking sometimes stalls

Our garments ship from partner warehouses located outside the European Union. Customs clearance is part of the normal journey and is the usual reason tracking doesn't move for a few days. It clears on its own.

Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days. Usual delivery time: 7 to 14 business days in Europe, 7 to 15 in the United States and Canada, 10 to 20 elsewhere.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the top of that estimate, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.
